This survey is part of the City of Round Rock Fire Department's Community Risk Reduction program which aims to provide fire safety home inspections for city residents. This survey serves as a point of contact and request form for residents to request home inspections by the Round Rock Fire Department. The survey asks general information such as name, address, and contact information as well as some general home questions.

Once a survey form is submitted, a member from the fire department will reach out to set up a visit date to have the home inspected. The public request form can be located on the City of Round Rock's Community Risk Reduction webpage. From here there will be a link to the survey form for users to submit a request.
