Added another date field. Zed previous ones.

Added in new fields for collecting contact details in the kiwi sightings form. Created view layer to use in kiwi sightings form which would be used for the public.

2024/03/23 This feature layer was originally called DOCKiwiDataRecords_February2024, but is now called Kiwi sightings.

Received from Jess Scrimgeour, Regional Liaison Biodiversity, DOC via Tamsin. Received February 2024. Last updated by DOC June 2022. Presence vs Absence. Includes sensitive data (eg names, addresses). Do not share beyond STK.
