Maine Dry Well Survey Disclosure: survey participants are invited to report dry well conditions. Participation in this survey is voluntary. There is no penalty for refusing to take part and exiting the survey at any time for any reason. By completing this survey, participants consent to the Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) using anonymous data to monitor dry well conditions and identify needs for assistance across the State of Maine. Survey answers will be be stored in a password protected State of Maine ArcGIS Online Account. All responses will remain anonymous and contact information will not be disclosed. Participants who wish to receive information on dry well assistance programs, if they become available through a Federal Disaster Declaration, will be asked to provide contact information. Low income households experiencing dry well issues are encouraged to contact the Maine State Housing Authority Home Repairs Program and USDA Single Family Housing Repair programs to begin the application process.
