Before completing the form:

Verify your address on the collection calendar. Trash and recycling schedules can be impacted by holidays and severe weather.
Be sure your cart was out before 6am. Due to routes increasing daily, a truck can not return for a late cart. (We recommend putting carts out the night before!)
Allow the truck until the end of the workday (6pm) before reporting a missed collection. Trucks need to stop mid-route sometimes to empty the load.
