Please use this form to submit any comments, questions, or issues related to public transit stops and routes to the Town of Apex Planning and Community Development Department. More information about transit can be found here. This form can be used to report maintenance issues, or to request changes to the service.

Please keep in mind that changes to GoApex transit service are subject to Town Council approval through amendments to the Apex Transit Plan map, and/or Town Budget development. Further, there may be limitations that affect the number and placement of bus stops, such as the ability to provide safe, accessible waiting areas, and other factors. This form is only for the GoApex fixed route and GoApex door to door transit service. Requests about regional routes submitted through this form will be forwarded to regional transit agencies as appropriate.
