Waxcap and grassland fungus survey form. If you are doing a survey at a new site – click ‘Collect’ below. If you are doing a survey at a site you have previously been to, click ‘Sent’, then select your previously submitted survey and select 'Copy sent data to a new survey'. You can then add or remove any fungus colours and submit as a new survey.
