This survey is a piece of the Indiana Volunteer Firefighter Recruitment Toolkit (Overview Page). The information collected can be compared to the Existing Volunteer Firefighter survey to see the differences of what motivates someone to become a volunteer firefighter. In addition, this survey can be reviewed with the Recruitment Event Tracking and Feedback survey to identify which recruitment events led to a new firefighter joining the service.
